Jim Headlee

Jim Headlee: President & Chief Executive Officer

Jim Headlee is responsible for overseeing the strategy and direction of eBridge. He leverages close to 25 years of experience in procurement strategies, negotiation and consulting to bring foresight and depth to the eBridge team.

As the founder and CEO of Summit Energy, Jim spent 17 years leading the organization's explosive growth, developing energy solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Founded in 1991, Summit Energy developed into the market leader in its field, eventually employing more than 325 staff members across seven international offices.

Matt McGeary

Matt McGeary: Vice President of Sales

Matt McGeary is responsible for leading and managing all business development opportunities and sales efforts for eBridge's nationwide sales force.

Matt has spent the last 10 years in sales management. Prior to joining eBridge, Matt served as District Sales Manager for Paychex, where he was tasked with increasing revenue production for two districts with a history of under achievement. Matt also developed multiple strategic selling and training programs that helped produce over 50% revenue growth for his territory.

Matt is a graduate of the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio where he received a Bachelor's degree in Biology. Matt has studied management at Harvard University and University of Pittsburg's Program on Executive Leadership.

Cindy Sisloff

Cindy Sisloff:  Vice President, Operations

Cindy Sisloff is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to eBridge clients. Leveraging 18 years of experience, Cindy is well versed in ensuring that eBridge meets the business needs of its customers and partners.

Prior to joining eBridge , Cindy worked to create efficiencies and improve internal processes with the adoption of technical solutions. Holding positions that included Branch Sales Manager and Director of Business Development & Marketing, she is well-positioned to drive business strategy. Cindy also served in Senior Management positions where she oversaw the creation and management of sales training programs for Qwest Communications, Avaya and Rhythms.

Cindy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Communications from Georgetown College and has won several company achievement awards including "Commitment to Excellence", "Making a Difference" and "Sustainable Impact" awards.

Peter Langlois

Peter Langlois: Director, Operations

Peter Langlois oversees procurement and contractual services and works directly with buyers and suppliers across eBridge’s various vertical market segments. His expertise in developing purchasing strategies for organizations stems from 27 years of experience with companies. Peter's extensive knowledge of tangible and non-tangible provisions has positioned him as an invaluable resource for eBridge clients, both in the public and private sectors.

Peter holds a Bachelors Degree in Education and numerous certificates in both motivational and creative development from Purdue University.

Whitney Headlee

Whitney Headlee: Marketing Director

Whitney Headlee As Marketing Director, Whitney is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives in collaboration with sales and operational goals. Whitney oversees corporate communication initiatives, and go-to-market strategy.

Prior to joining eBridge, Whitney spent five years in national political fundraising as well as grasroots efforts and special projects. She holds a BA in Communications and Marketing from Auburn University and has attended Executive Education training at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
